You have also stated: "The entrant can draw the logo manually, but must also submit it in vector format, which means that the logo must be designed using an appropriate computer application." I would like you to explain in more detail what ''vector format'' means. Is the drawn design superfluous, or is it considered a different version?
This means that the entrant must also submit the design made with an appropriate computer programmer (such as Corel Draw). In addition, the entrant must illustrate the design in A3 format, as stipulated in the Call for Entries.
