If the same entrant proposes a logo and slogan, do they label both with the same entrant's code, but different Area codes (A and B, respectively), and enclose them both in envelope no. 2?

The entrant may label the proposals for the logo and slogan with the same entrant's code and different Area codes (A and B, respectively), and enclose them both in envelope no. 2.

The Call for Entries does not clearly define the relief version. As a rule, reliefs are in layers which provide a sense of depth/height. Do you therefore expect us to submit a kind of 3D version of the logo, or do you merely want a logo composed of lines and curves, as we may infer from the call for a 'stamp' version?

The contracting authority expects to receive a 3D view of the logo, i.e. how the logo would look if it were on a coin?

I would like to know more about the ways of submitting the entry. Is it possible to deliver the envelope to Gregorčičeva 25 by hand, or does it have to be sent by post?

The envelope does not need to be sent by post. The entrant can submit it by hand at Gregorčičeva 25; however, care must be taken to avoid giving away the identity of the entrant.

Can I submit both the logo and slogan in the same envelope? Do I have to place each in a separate small envelope and put these inside a big envelope?

The entrant may submit the logo and slogan in the same envelope; however, they must clearly indicate the Area that they are applying for. If the Area the entrant is applying for is not designated, and the head of the public procurement procedure is unable to determine the Area of the competition, the entry will be disqualified.

If I propose more than one solution for the logo, do I have to submit each one in all the requested versions, or is it acceptable to design the first one in all the required versions, while only describing the rest and providing their basic forms?

If the entrant wishes to propose more than one solution for the logo, they must design all of them in all the requested versions.
