LUXEMBOURG, Luxembourg - Slovenian FM Dimitrij Rupel is to chair a session of the EU General Affairs and External Relations Council that will be dedicated to Serbia. He will also chair the EU troika in a meeting with Russia.
PTUJ - Defence Minister Karl Erjavec is to be the keynote speaker at an event celebrating four years since Slovenia joined the EU.
BRDO PRI KRANJU - The Social Protection Committee is to gather for a two-day informal meeting.
LJUBLJANA - The Week of Slovenian Film is to get underway at the Slovenian Cinematheque theatre.

BRDO PRI KRANJU - Officials are to gather for the 17th Joint Meeting of the Competent Authorities for the Implementation of the Reach Directive on chemicals, which will run through 5 May.
JABLE - A two-day regional seminar is to be held on the trade of arms and military equipment.
