TUESDAY, 26 February
LJUBLJANA - Irish Prime Minister Bertie Ahern is to pay a visit to Slovenia.
LJUBLJANA - The National Assembly is to debate legislation related to provinces and changes to the trading act at its February session.
LJUBLJANA - President Danilo Tuerk is to hold a meeting with members of the Slovenian Bishops Conference to mark its 15th anniversary.
BRUSSELS, Belgium - Development Minister Ziga Turk is to attend the second day of a conference on how regions can help shape European regional policy.
CAIRO, Egypt - Euromed ministers responsible for the information society are to take part in a conference on promoting the information society. The two-day event will be opened by Slovenian Higher Education, Science and Technology Minister Mojca Kucler Dolinar.
BILBAO, Spain - The closing event of the European Agency for Safety and Health at Work's campaign to improve workplace safety is to be attended by Labour, Family and Social Affairs Minister Marjeta Cotman.
LJUBLJANA - Human Rights Ombudsman Zdenka Cebasek-Travnik is to hold a press conference.
LJUBLJANA - The 17th Slovenian Advertising Festival is to be presented at a press conference.

BRUSSELS, Belgium - A selection of works from the NLB collection of prominent pieces of 20th century Slovenian fine art will be put on display in the Brussels City Museum in the Grand Place.

WEDNESDAY, 27 February
BUDAPEST, Hungary - President Danilo Tuerk is to pay an official visit to Hungary.
SOFIA, Bulgaria - FM Dimitrij Rupel is to take part in the final session of the Stability Pact for SE Europe and the inauguration of the Regional Centre for Cooperation.
LJUBLJANA - The Economic and Social Council, an industrial relations forum, is to debate the proposed changes to the health care act and the proposed quotas for foreign workers.
DUESSELDORF, Germany - Health Minister Zofija Mazej Kukovic is to take part in the European Care Conference.

THURSDAY, 28 February
LJUBLJANA - Danish FM Per Stig Moller is to pay a working visit to Slovenia.
BRUSSELS, Belgium - Economy Minister Andrej Vizjak is to chair a session of the EU Transport, Telecommunication and Energy council dedicated to energy issues.
LJUBLJANA - The cabinet is to meet for its weekly session.
BRUSSELS, Belgium - Justice Minister Lovro Sturm and Interior Minister Dragutin Mate are to chair a two-day meeting of EU home and justice ministers.
LJUBLJANA - National Assembly Deputy Speaker Vasja Klavora is to received Director of the European Office of the UNHRC Pirkke Kourulo.
LJUBLJANA - The Health and Disability Insurance Institute is to debate its annual report for 2007 and plans for this year.
LJUBLJANA - The "Slavic Bridge" festival of Slavic cultures is to get underway.

FRIDAY, 29 February
BRUSSELS, Belgium - Minister of Labour, Family and Social Affairs Marjeta Cotman is to chair a session of the EU Employment, Social Policy, Health and Consumer Affairs Council dedicated to a resolution on disabled persons in the EU.
TRIESTE, Italy - Agriculture Minister Iztok Jarc is to visit the neighbouring Friuli-Venezia Giulia region.

SATURDAY, 1 March
LJUBLJANA - Health Minister Zofija Mazej Kukovic is to take part in a session of the Slavic Forum dedicated to debating ways of preventing hearth disease.

SUNDAY, 2 March
BLED/BRDO PRI KRANJU - A three-day ASEM Senior Officials' Meeting is to begin.
