Snowboard parallel giant slalom world champion Rok Flader recovered from two mediocre finishes on Sunday, taking first place at the parallel slalom World Cup event in Spain's La Molina.
Flander, who failed to make the top 16 at the last two meets, beat the winner of Saturday's parallel giant slalom, Austria's Andreasa Prommegger, in the half finals race, while Prommegger's countryman Benjamin Karl had to concede defeat in the final.
It was Flander's second win of the season and the third in his career, the first, however, in a parallel slalom race.
