Gymnasts Mitja Petkovsek and Alen Dimic bagged two more wins for Slovenia at the gymnastics World Cup meet in Ostrava, the Czech Republic, on Saturday.
The world champion on parallel bars, Petkovsek proved much better than his rivals, scoring 16.25 points or nearly one point more than Epke Zonderland of the Netherlands, who placed second (15.35). Ostrava proved to be a lucky place for Slovenian gymnasts on Friday, when Saso Bertoncelj clinched his first ever World Cup victory on the pommel horse.
An equal achievement was made by Alen Dimic on the horizontal bar today (14.35), while he placed fourth on parallel bars (14.775).
