Relations between the EU and India, multilateral issues and bilateral relations topped the agenda as Foreign Ministry State Secretary Andrej Ster held talks on Tuesday with Secretary at the Indian Ministry of External Affairs, Nalin Surie.
Ster presented Slovenia's preparations for EU presidency next year and the situation in the Western Balkans, the foreign ministry said in a press release. Surie meanwhile presented the situation in the region as part of the regular political consultations.
Surie was received at Bled on Monday by Foreign Minister Dimitrij Rupel. Talks focused on bilateral relations, cooperation in international fora and Slovenia's upcoming stint as EU president.
