Motorway Company Signs EUR 30.51m Deal on Two Tunnels

Ljubljana, 20 September

The Motorway Company (DARS) concluded on Wednesday a SIT 7.34bn (EUR 30.51m) contract on constructing two tunnels on the Razdrto-Vipava dual carriageway.

The contract, signed between DARS and Italian construction companies Vidoni and Oberlosler, envisages the completion of works on the Barnica and Tabor tunnels in 16 months.
The construction of the entire 11-kilometre EUR 201.38m Razdrto-Vipava section is meanwhile also expected to be completed in 2008.
