Ljubljana, 11 August

Slovenian police have assessed that the security situation in the country has not deteriorated after the recent arrests of alleged terrorists in Great Britain. Nevertheless, the situation is being continually reassessed and the intensity of individual measures adequately adapted, the police said in a press release on Friday.

As regards airport security, the utmost effort is being made to consistently carry out security measures already adopted. Special attention is being paid to border control activities and to the movement of objects, the statement adds.
