MOSCOW, Russia - A Slovenian-Russian business conference is to take place, to be opened by Prime Minister Janez Jansa.

LJUBLJANA - The Helsinki Monitor of Slovenia (HMS) is to talk to the press about the war crimes Slovenia allegedly committed against members of the former Yugoslav People's Army (JLA) at the Holmec border crossing during the war for Slovenian independence.

LJUBLJANA - The head of the European Commission's Representation Office in Slovenia, Mihela Zupancic, is to hold a lecture on the future of the EU.

BANGKOK, Thailand - Foreign Minister Dimitrij Rupel is to attend a two-day ministerial of the Human Security Network, the presidency of which Slovenia is to take over as of 1 June.
LUXEMBOURG, Luxembourg - EU ministers responsible for employment, social affairs, public health and consumer protection are to hold a two-day session. Slovenia is to be represented by Minister of Labour, Family and Social Affairs Janez Drobnic, and Health Minister Andrej Brucan.
