LONDON, Great Britain - An assembly of the board of governors of the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development - being attended by Slovenian state secretary Ziga Lavric - is to conclude.

CELJE - Environment Minister Janez Podobnik is to participate in the third Slovenian conference entitled "Water - Concern, Nuisance and Challenge".
IZOLA - The 3rd "Kino Otok - Isola Cinema" film festival is to begin in the coastal town of Izola with the closing screenings scheduled for 30 May.
