TUESDAY, 25 April
BANGKOK, Thailand - FM Dimitrij Rupel is to visit Thailand to take part in an OSCE conference with Asian partners. On the margins of the conference, Rupel is to meet his Thai counterpart Kantathi Suphamongkho.
LUXEMBOURG, Luxembourg - Slovenia's Agriculture Minister Marija Lukacic is to attend a meeting of EU agriculture ministers.
VIENNA, Austria - Health Minister Andrej Brucan is to take part in an informal meeting of EU health ministers, which concludes on Wednesday.
LJUBLJANA - The parliament is to continue its April session.
LJUBLJANA - The transport section at the Chamber of Craft Industries is to talk to the press about restrictions to freight transport on Slovenian roads and open issues regarding amendments of the road transport act.
LJUBLJANA - Representatives of the association of Slovenian publishers and book-shop owners are to speak to the press about the impact a potential introduction of a flat tax rate or a higher VAT on books in Slovenia.

WEDNESDAY, 26 April
LJUBLJANA - The parliament is to continue its April session to pass a bill aimed at safeguarding the right to trial in a reasonable time.
LJUBLJANA - The government is to meet for its regular weekly session.

THURSDAY, 27 April
SOFIA, Bulgaria - FM Dimitrij Rupel is to begin his attendance at a two-day informal meeting of foreign ministers from NATO member states.
LUXEMBOURG, Luxembourg - Beginning of a two-day meeting of EU justice and interior affairs ministers with Justice Ministry State Secretary Robert Marolt representing Slovenia.
RAZDRTO - A national ceremony marking the 27 April Resistance Day, a bank holiday, is to take place on Mount Nanos in the southwest, with Speaker of the National Assembly France Cukjati as honorary speaker.

FRIDAY, 28 April
LENDAVA - The opening of an exhibition marking 15 years since Slovenia's war for independence, with Major General Ladislav Lipic, the chief-of-staff of the Slovenian Armed Forces, as honorary speaker.

SATURDAY, 29 April
LJUBLJANA - Janez Stanovnik, the head of the Association of WWII Veterans, is to deliver the key-note speech at an all-Slovenian meeting marking 65 years since Slovenia launched its resistance against the occupying forces of WWII.

SUNDAY, 30 April
NOVA GORICA - The municipalities of Italy's Gorizia and Slovenia's Nova Gorica are to organise a ceremony marking the second anniversary of Slovenia's EU accession.
