LJUBLJANA - Finance Minister Andrej Bajuk, Juan Jose Fernandez Ansola of the International Monetary Fund (IMF), and Bozo Jasovic of the Bank of Slovenia are to hold a press conference upon the conclusion of the IMF's 14-day mission to Slovenia.
LJUBLJANA - Macedonian Local Government Minister Rizvan Sulejmani and his host Local Government and Regional Policy Minister Ivan Zagar are to make a statements to the press.

WEDNESDAY, 29 March
BRUSSELS, Belgium - The coordinating body of Slovenian minorities, SLOMAK, is to hold an all-Slovenian meeting to be attended by Slovenian MEPs, representatives of the Slovenian Embassy and other Slovenian institutions in Brussels, and representatives of Slovenian parliament and government.
KRSKO - The cabinet is to travel to the southeastern region of Posavje for a working visit.
BAD ISCHL, Austria - EU ministers responsible for youth are to hold an informal session. Slovenia will be represented by State Secretary at the Ministry of Education and Sports Alenka Sverc.
LJUBLJANA - The Association of Free Trade Unions of Slovenia (ZZZS) is to host a consultation dubbed "The Trade Unions and the Public".
PORTOROZ - The 15th Slovenian Advertising Festival SOF is to get underway in the seaside resort of Porotoroz.
LJUBLJANA - The Stele Awards, conferred by the Slovenian Association of Conservators for protecting cultural heritage, are to be presented.
THURSDAY, 30 March
OHRID, Macedonia - Interior Minister Dragutin Mate is to begin a six-day visit to Macedonia, where he will meet his Macedonian counterpart Ljubomir Mihajlovski.
LJUBLJANA - The government is to hold its weekly session.
LJUBLJANA - The Defence Ministry and the Institute for Strategic Studies are to hold a conference on global safety. Defence Minister Karl Erjavec is to deliver the opening speech.
LJUBLJANA - The Defence Ministry is to hold a ceremony to mark the anniversary of the birth of General Rudolf Maister, who in 1918 took control of Maribor and in effect secured the country's northern border. Defence Minister Karl Erjavec is to be the keynote speaker.

KRANJ - An award-winning ceremony is to conclude the annual festival "The Week of Slovenian Drama", with the Slavko Grum Award for best Slovenian theatre text and the Rudi Seligo Award for best production to be conferred.

MARIBOR/CELJE - The European Commissioner for Regional Policy Danuta Huebner is to visit Slovenia.
ISTANBUL, Turkey - The World Health Organisation (WHO) is to hold a meeting on health insurance, the financing of health system, and reforms in health services. Slovenia to be represented by State Secretary at the Health Ministry Dorjan Marusic.
ROME, Italy - A concert is to honour the newly-appointed Cardinal Franc Rode, the former archbishop of Ljubljana and Slovenian metropolitan. Foreign Minister Dimitrij Rupel to attend.
TREBNJE - The World Roma Day is to be marked with a ceremony organised by the Slovenian Roma Association. Keynote speaker will be the head of the government's Office for Nationalities Janez Obreza.
