TUESDAY, 14 February
BRUSSELS, Belgium - Finance Minister Andrej Bajuk is scheduled to be taking part in a meeting of EU finance ministers.
LJUBLJANA - Foreign Minister Dimitrij Rupel is scheduled to hold separate meetings with the Director General of the Israeli Foreign Ministry, Ron Prosor, and the acting coordinator of the Slovenian Muslim community, Imam Ibrahim Malanovic
LJUBLJANA - The Chamber of Commerce (GZS) is to stage a Slovenian-Israeli business forum on high technology.
LJUBLJANA - President of the Constitutional Court Janez Cebulj is to present the report on the Constitutional Court's activities in 2005.
PTUJ - Organisers of this year's Shrovetide festivities are to hold a press conference.
LJUBLJANA - The National University Library is to put on an exhibition to mark the 250th anniversary of the birth of pioneer Slovenian dramatist Anton Tomaz Linhart.

WEDNESDAY, 15 February
LJUBLJANA - Foreign Minister Dimitrij Rupel and Interior Minister Dragutin Mate are to sign a contract with print company Cetis on the production of biometric passports.
KRANJSKA GORA - Defence Minister Karl Erjavec is to meet foreign defence attaches serving in Slovenia.
LJUBLJANA - Austrian Ambassador to Slovenia Valentin Inzko is to deliver a lecture on Austria's stint as EU president.
LJUBLJANA - Prime Minister Janez Jansa is to hold a meeting to discuss the work of Slovenian inspection services following the recent tragedy in which three girls were trampled to death in front of a popular nightclub near Ljubljana.
LJUBLJANA - Publisher Rokus is to present the Slovenian edition of the National Geographic magazine.

THURSDAY, 16 February
LJUBLJANA - The cabinet is to meet for its weekly session.
LJUBLJANA - The parliamentary foreign policy committee is to meet behind closed doors.
LJUBLJANA - A delegation of the Allied Command Transformation, headed by Major General Angelo Guinea, is to pay a visit to Slovenia to outline NATO transformation efforts to Slovenian officials.
LJUBLJANA - The Public Agency for Technological Development and the Government Reforms Office are to stage an innovation festival.

FRIDAY, 17 February
LJUBLJANA - Interior Minister Dragutin Mate and MEP Miha Brejc are to outline the proposal for a cross-border directive that will allow Slovenia to keep its local border crossings with Croatia.
RAVNE NA KOROSKEM - Defence contractor Sistemska tehnika is to open a new production facility.
