Maribor, 24 March

Slovenian artists will display their works in Ireland's Cork, the 2005 European Capital of Culture, in an exhibition dubbed "Eye Try" to be held between 5 and 28 April.

The paintings, sculptures and installations have been selected by the Maribor-based multimedia centre Kibla, which promises to offer a wide range of creations, from classical to highly sophisticated technologies.
According to the art director of the Kibla gallery, Aleksandra Kostic, the show intertwines classical with modern, individual with collective, local with global, spectacular with intimate.
Featured in the exhibition will be artists Ursula Berlot, Natalija Seruga, Marko Jakse, Andrej Brumen Cop, Bostjan Novak, Marko Crtanec, Magdalena Pederin, Matjaz Krivic, Ziga Koritnik and group of artists son:DA and Intima.
