Tina Maze First in World Cup Giant Slalom

Slovenia's best woman skier Tina Maze has finished first at the Women's World Cup giant slalom event in Switzerland's St. Moritz in what is the second World Cup win in her career.

Maze, 21, (2:26.99,) finished ahead of Sweden's Anja Paerson, who was in the lead after the first run (1:27.11, +0.12), and Spain's Jose Maria Rienda Conteras (1:27.74, +0.75).
