Official visit of Austrian President Heinz Fischler, meeting of the United Nations General Assembly and ministerial conference at Brdo pri Kranju will mark the following week.
Tuesday, 14 September
- Minister of Foreign Affairs Ivo Vajgl will pay an official visit to Serbia and Montenegro.
Wednesday, 15 September
- President of the Republic of Austria Heinz Fischler will pay an official visit to Slovenia upon the invitation of President of the Republic Janez Drnovšek.
- Fifty-ninth meeting of the United Nations General Assembly begins. President of the Republic Janez Drnovšek and Minister of Foreign Affairs Ivo Vajgl will take part in the meeting at a later stage.
Thursday, 16 September
- Regular weekly government meeting
- At Brdo pri Kranju, the ministerial conference on pre-accession assistance and integrations will be held 16 – 17 September.
- Guest appearance of the Carmina Slovenica choir at the Polish music festival Wratislavia Cantans 2004 in Wroclaw
Friday, 17 September
- Opening of the exhibition on the architect Maks Fabiani at the Štanjel castle
Saturday, 18 September
- Upon the invitation of the Minister of Defence Anton Grizold, the Austrian Minister of Defence Günther Platter will pay a working visit to Slovenia.
Sunday, 19 September
- Open Door Day at the Lipica Stud Farm
