Koper

Stane Klemenc / Koper. The largest coastal town and Slovenia's only commercial port. The Port of Koper provides the shortest route from Central Europe to the Mediterranean and is Slovenia's maritime gateway to the world. Despite industrial growth it has preserved its old centre untouched.
