On the occasion of the second round of the presidential elections, Government Communication Office is organising a press centre in Ljubljana/Cankarjev dom (Foyer 1; access from Šubičeva street, under the Maximarket department store or from Erjavčeva street). The press centre will open on Sunday, 11 November 2007, from 10.00 a.m. until midnight.
Press centre will comprise 100 workstations (10 PCs and 90 laptop computer outlets), printing and copying and other facilities. Laptop computers will need to be equipped with RJ 45 plugs in order to be able to connect to the high-speed communication network. A few additional ISDN and analogue plugs for modem connections will also be provided.
Telephone and fax services will be provided at all times free of charge.
Press centre will comprise also 2 large displays showing real-time results, as the data will be processed after 7.00 p.m.

After 7 p.m. both presidential candidates are expected to give their statements in the press centre.
Simultaneous translation of statements will also be available.
Accreditation badges will be available for collection in the Press Centre on Sunday, 11 November 2007 from 10.00 a.m. (Foyer 1; access from Šubičeva street, under the Maximarket department store or from Erjavčeva street). .
