Republic of Slovenia is due to host the Summit of the Prime
Ministers of Central European Initiative (CEI) countries at
St. Bernardin Covention Center in Portorož-Portorose on November 25-26

Accreditation
Journalists, photo-reporters, TV cameramen, technicians and other
representatives of the media who wish to cover the Summit will have to
have an accreditation photo-identity card.
Deadline for the accreditation has already expired.
Due to strict security measures we strongly recommend to media
representatives that they should, if possible, collect their passes
at:
Government PR and Media Office, Tržaška 21, Ljubljana
on Thursday 18th November from 11:00 to 16:00 or
on Friday 19th November from 11:00 to 16:00.
Grand hotel Bernardin, Obala 2, Portorož-Portorose
on Tuesday 23rd November from 12:00 to 18:00 at the press reception desk in the lobby
on Wednesday 24th from 8:00 to 18:00 at the press reception desk in the lobby
or Thursday 25th November from 8:00 to 18:00 at the press reception desk in the lobby and
on Friday 26th November from 8.00 to 14.00 at the press reception desk in the lobby
Information on transport
If needed, Government PR and Media Office will organise a
bus-shuttle service for accredited journalists between Portorož and
St. Bernardin on Friday, 26 November - detailed schedules to be
confirmed later.
Accommodation
Media representatives are advised to book their hotels in
advance. Portorož-Portorose is one of the biggest Slovene tourist
resorts with a wide range of accommodation on offer. Please check the
availability in hotels outside St. Bernardin Adriatic Resort &
Convention Center because it is booked due to security measures and
limited capacities.
