Government PR and Media Office is organising a media center in the ground floor conference rooms (Aurora, Daphnia and Nautilus 1) of Grand Hotel Bernardin.
The centre will be open on
- Tuesday, 23 November from 12:00 to 18:00 and
- from Wednesday, 24 November to Friday, 26 November from 8:00 to 18:00.
It will be equipped with:
- 100 workstations (50 PCs and 50 standard modem RJ11or RJ12 analogue plug for modem connection)
- 100 ISDN telephones
- fax machines
Press centre is strictly non-smoking area. Hotel bar and restaurant, including smoking area, are located on the 10th and 11th floor of the hotel. All bar and restaurant bills are journalists' expenses.
On Thursday, 24 November in the evening and on Friday 25 November hotel restaurant will be open to the members of official delegations only.
Information on transport
If needed, Government PR and Media Office will organise a bus-shuttle service for accredited journalists between Portoro¾ and St. Bernardin on Friday, 26 November - detailed schedules to be confirmed later.
