Slovenia will hand over the EU presidency to France. The ceremony, scheduled for 2:40 pm in Trg Evrope - Nova Gorica (Slovenia), will be attended by the countries' foreign ministers Dimitrij Rupel and Bernard Kouchner. In Paris, Defence Minister Karl Erjavec will hand over the EU presidency in the field of defence to his French counterpart Herve Morin.
