Slovenia is expected to open an embassy in Montenegro as the first country to do so after Montenegrins voted for independence from Serbia on 21 May. The embassy will be inaugurated by Foreign Minister Dimitrij Rupel (noon), who will also hold talks with his Montenegrin counterpart Miodrag Vlahovic (10:30 AM) and President Filip Vujanovic (1 PM).
