The Lord Mayor of the City of London, Robert Finch, is to arrive on Monday for a two-day visit to Slovenia. He is scheduled to meet PM Anton Rop, Finance Minister Dusan Mramor and Bank of Slovenia Governor Mitja Gaspari, to talk about the development of Slovenia's economy in the EU and possible cooperation between Slovenia and the City of London.

The ministers will, among other, tackle European network for exchange of criminal records and common procedure on asylum requests.

Prime Minister Anton Rop will visit Tuesday afternoon the Posocje region which was struck by a moderate earthquake yesterday. Commissions have already been dispatched to the area to assess the damage, although the ground is still periodically shaking with after-shocks.
