The session is to be presided by Slovenian Foreign Minister Dimitrij Rupel, who is also the government member in the European Convention discussing the future of the EU.
28 Mar 2003 — Portorož Human Trafficking Discussed in Portoroz The fifth working meeting of the Stability Pact for South Eastern Europe is to focus on human trafficking and is to be attended by representatives of the Stability Pact partners, as well as by members of non-governmental and international organisations from around the world.The conference is hosted and co-organised by the Slovenian foreign and interior ministries.
